Magyar Bancorp, Inc. (MGYR) posted GAAP earnings per share of $0.52 for its fourth quarter, while net interest and dividend income rose 18.5% year over year to $10.0 million.

Net interest and dividend income was $10.0 million for the three months ended Sept. 30, 2026, compared with $8.4 million in the year-earlier period. The increase was $1.6 million.
