Takeda raised its FY 2026 core operating profit forecast to JPY 1.19 trillion, with transaction-related foreign-exchange benefits mainly supporting the change, as it targets an early November start for U.S. sales of ORZEYFUL.

Core revenue in the first half was just over JPY 2.4 trillion, down 1% at constant exchange rates.

The planned ORZEYFUL launch is in the United States.
