Republic Airways Holdings Inc. (RJET) raised its 2026 adjusted EBITDAR forecast to $410 million to $420 million on Oct. 29. The company also expects adjusted earnings above $3.30 per diluted share.

Republic expects block-hour production growth of 3% to 5%. Adjusted net income for the quarter totaled $40 million, equal to $0.85 per diluted share.

American placed five additional E170s under a six-year agreement, with service beginning in early December.
