infinitii ai inc. (OTC: CDTAF), a provider of predictive analytics software for water utilities and industrial infrastructure, recorded a 3.9% year-over-year increase in fiscal fourth-quarter revenue as fiscal 2026 revenue fell 2.5%.

Revenue in the three months ending June 30, 2026, was $649,765, compared with $625,302 in the year-earlier quarter. Full-year revenue totaled $2,620,179.

Operating expenses for the quarter were $1,098,698, including a one-time GST/HST reassessment of $231,255. Excluding that charge, expenses were $867,443, down 6.9% from $932,037 in the same quarter of fiscal 2025.

The company recorded a quarterly net loss of $448,933. Excluding the reassessment, the loss was $217,678, compared with $306,735 a year earlier, a decrease of 29%.

CEO Jean Charles Phaneuf said the company is focused on “converting higher-value solutions into faster revenue growth.”
