Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (MMSI) raised its full-year 2026 non-GAAP earnings-per-share outlook to $4.33 to $4.37, updating its earnings target as the medical-device company reported third-quarter growth.

Revenue for the quarter was $416 million, up 8% year over year. Non-GAAP earnings per share increased 22% from the same quarter a year earlier.

Organic revenue growth on a constant-currency basis was 9%.
