> Sanofi’s second-quarter sales rose 17.8% at constant exchange rates to €11.597 billion, while business earnings per share climbed 33.3% to €2.09.

Sanofi CEO Belén Garijo called the latest quarter strong; the company’s third-quarter 2026 results webcast is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 30, at 8:30 a.m. ET (12:30 UTC).

The one-hour event ends at 9:30 a.m. ET (13:30 UTC). “Sanofi achieved another strong quarter with both robust commercial and financial performance,” Garijo said.

She added: “We have also made progress towards defining our roadmap for the future. We have confirmed our commitment to three focus areas: Immunology, Rare diseases, and Vaccines, and are focused on rebuilding the pipeline through business development, mergers and acquisitions and improving R&D productivity.”

Sanofi’s second-quarter sales were €11.597 billion, up 17.8% at constant exchange rates (CER). Business earnings per share were €2.09, up 33.3% at CER. Sanofi released the results July 30.

Its full-year 2026 outlook at the time called for sales growth of around 10% at CER, with business earnings per share growing slightly faster than sales.
