> The $362 million midpoint is about 4% below third-quarter revenue of $377 million. Management expects consumer revenue growth to decelerate further.

Coursera expects fourth-quarter revenue of $358 million to $366 million and is targeting more than $150 million in gross cost savings through integration by year-end. The forecast midpoint of $362 million is about 4% below third-quarter revenue of $377 million.

The third quarter was Coursera’s first full quarter as a combined company. Revenue was $377 million, and adjusted EBITDA was nearly $62 million. “Q3 was our first full quarter as a combined company,” Coursera CEO, President and Director Gregory Hart said.

Consumer revenue was $176 million in the quarter. Management expects further deceleration, pointing to softer leading indicators, shifts in traffic patterns and SEO, weaker consumer confidence, and declining individual-course subscriptions. It expects enterprise growth to be approximately flat and is targeting a 14% adjusted EBITDA margin for the full year.

Coursera has made Project Helix a top priority and is targeting broad enterprise availability in the first half of 2027. Management cited positive feedback from design partners and higher willingness to pay in research, but has not included Helix-driven growth in its outlook before adoption evidence emerges. It also expects to remain significantly cash generative next year, with free cash flow somewhat lower.
