Anthropic’s IPO prospectus lists at least $417 billion in compute obligations and up to $150 billion for additional capacity. The figures do not establish a $567 billion ceiling.

The compute obligation is stated as a minimum, while the amount for additional capacity is capped. Those terms do not determine a maximum combined commitment unless the compute obligation is fixed at $417 billion.
