TXNM Energy’s regulated utilities, PNM and TNMP, serve about 800,000 homes and businesses in New Mexico and Texas.

For the third quarter of 2025, TXNM’s ongoing diluted earnings per share were $1.33, while its GAAP diluted earnings per share were $1.22.
