> Anthropic has SpaceX computing agreements worth up to $120.5 billion, but the agreements are not explicitly linked to Customer B’s revenue.

A person familiar with the matter identified Anthropic as the customer behind 34.5% of SpaceX’s third-quarter revenue, although SpaceX’s latest quarterly filing leaves the customer unnamed.

SpaceX’s revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30, 2026, was $14.575 billion. Customer B accounted for 34.5% of that total, with the revenue assigned to SpaceX’s Super Intelligence (SI) segment. Customer A represented 16.6% of revenue across all three segments. SpaceX’s filing does not identify Customer A or support a comparison between that customer and U.S. government revenue.

Separately, Anthropic’s S-1 describes several agreements with SpaceX.AI LLC, a wholly owned SpaceX subsidiary, for computing capacity powered by NVIDIA GPUs. The agreements permit spending of up to $120.5 billion over terms extending into 2029. The maximum is not a guaranteed payment; the [spending disclosure](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/41138>) sets an upper limit.

When all capacity is delivered, fees are expected to reach about $3.1 billion per month. Anthropic expects full delivery in December 2026, while fees vary during the ramp-up. The initial noncancelable periods end in January and March 2027, respectively. After each period, either side can cancel that agreement with 90 days’ advance written notice; the [cancellation terms](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/technology/43514>) apply separately to each agreement.

SpaceX’s SI segment, formerly called its AI segment, recorded $7.56 billion in revenue and $431 million in operating income for the quarter. The unit spans infrastructure solutions, Grok, Cursor and X. Anthropic announced May 6 that it would use all capacity at SpaceX’s Colossus 1 data center, which it described as providing more than 300 megawatts and 220,000 NVIDIA GPUs.

The identification came from a person familiar with the matter; SpaceX’s filing does not name Anthropic. Anthropic’s S-1 does not explicitly say its SpaceX.AI agreements account for Customer B’s revenue.
