Lincoln National Corporation’s board set a quarterly payout of 56.25 cents per depositary share for its 9.000% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series D. The payment is scheduled for Dec. 1, 2026, for holders of record Nov. 16, 2026.

At that rate, the distribution amounts to $562.50 for one complete preferred share. The Series D shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker LNC PRD.
