> Venezuela activity is also expected to increase, while regional conflict could raise next-quarter freight and logistics costs enough to reduce results by about $1 million per quarter.

Innovex International expects revenue to grow about 10% in 2027 as its subsea pipeline expands and activity in Venezuela rises, while regional conflict could weigh on near-term results.

CEO and Director Adam Anderson described the third quarter of 2026 as strong. “We delivered a strong third quarter. Revenue totaled $265 million and adjusted EBITDA totaled $55 million, representing an adjusted EBITDA margin of 21%.”

Management expects regional conflict to reduce activity and increase freight and logistics costs in the next quarter. Those higher logistics costs could lower results by about $1 million per quarter.

Management considers its 25% margin target achievable and expects incremental margins of about 35% as revenue grows.
