The board declared the cash dividend Oct. 29. The amount matches the payouts listed for the second quarter of 2026 and third quarter of 2025.

For the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, net income totaled $2.471 million, compared with $1.542 million in the year-earlier quarter. Diluted earnings per share were $0.73, up from $0.46.
