> Management targets an incremental natural-color sales run rate approaching $1 billion by the end of 2028, with about 20% of the goal expected by the end of 2026.

Management at Sensient Technologies Corporation expects about $160 million in consolidated capital spending in 2026 as it pursues an incremental natural-color sales run rate approaching $1 billion by the end of 2028.

The company expects to reach about 20% of that goal by the end of 2026. Management expects customer conversions to continue through 2027 and 2028, while noting that some transitions may be delayed.

Sensient management also expects around $250 million in capital spending for natural colors, with most of that spending in 2026 and 2027. It expects debt and leverage to rise as capital and inventory needs increase.

The company’s Color Group posted a 25.1% adjusted EBITDA margin in the third quarter of 2026. Management expects a margin of about 25% for the full year.

Sensient reported third-quarter 2026 local-currency revenue growth of 10%, local-currency adjusted EBITDA growth of 15% and local-currency adjusted EPS growth of 18%. The company narrowed its full-year 2026 GAAP earnings-per-share guidance to $4.15 to $4.20.
