Binance expects to publish full zero-knowledge proofs for its reserves by Nov. 3 Vietnam time, providing a way for users to verify balances after the exchange disclosed its Oct. 29 hot-wallet compromise.

The latest Proof of Reserves snapshot was timestamped at 8 p.m. ET Oct. 30 (00:00 UTC Oct. 31). Binance’s process checks control of reserve wallets, snapshots customer balances and uses Merkle trees and zk-SNARKs to let users verify balances. The replenished amount reached about 95%, up from 90% in the previous update. The remaining 5% consists of less-liquid tokens outside the 10 listed assets: Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB, Solana (SOL), USD Coin (USDC), XRP, USD1, RLUSD and Zcash (ZEC). Those 10 assets are fully covered.

The exchange scheduled the first phase of withdrawal reopening for 1–4 a.m. ET Nov. 1 (06:00–09:00 UTC), with access to return progressively across networks and assets after readiness checks. Replenishment drew on portions of the Secure Asset Fund for Users and Futures insurance fund, corporate treasury resources, and market and over-the-counter purchases.
