> The first phase covers 15 networks. Binance said about 95% of the impacted amount was covered, a replenishment figure rather than a measure of recovered stolen funds.

Binance scheduled a phased restart of selected crypto withdrawals for Sunday’s 1-4 a.m. EST window, with access to return as networks complete security checks after the exchange’s $6.3 billion incident.

The first phase covers 15 networks and assets including Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), XRP, Solana (SOL), BNB and Dogecoin (DOGE). Binance set the window for 1-4 a.m. EST (06:00–09:00 UTC), with each asset and network pair to reopen gradually after security and stability checks.

Binance said it had covered about 95% of the impacted amount, up from 90% in its previous update. The remaining 5% consists of less-liquid tokens the exchange was still buying through market and over-the-counter channels. The 95% figure describes the amount Binance says it has covered, not stolen funds recovered.

Binance estimated losses at about $6.3 billion in token assets after its hot wallets were compromised Oct. 29. The exchange said balances in BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD and ZEC were fully backed.
