Its initial focus would be payments from Ghanaian businesses to suppliers in Asia. That model would incorporate local payment services. RDUSD is planned for issuance by Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., a federally chartered U.S. digital-asset bank. The stablecoin is designed to target a 1-to-1 peg with the U.S. dollar, undergo third-party audits and deploy on HSK Chain.
