> The standard program’s conversion is scheduled for the first week of December. U.S. users face separate terms and have no announced conversion date.

KAST will stop awarding points on Nov. 30 and convert eligible KAST Points into KAST Pioneer Units (KPUs) in the first week of December, while U.S. users face a separate program with no announced conversion date.

Points earned through and including Nov. 30 count toward conversion under the standard program. KAST will provide balances, conversion calculations and required next steps in December.

Under the standard program, a special-purpose vehicle linked to KAST will issue KPUs. The units are contractual rights, not shares or ownership interests in KAST or the issuer. They carry no voting rights, cannot be sold, transferred or traded, and do not guarantee cash value or payment. Their notional economic value may rise or fall. KAST plans periodic cash-out options but has not set a date or schedule.

Standard-program eligibility depends on a user’s points and KAST balances, country of residence and legal and regulatory requirements; KAST has not published balance thresholds. Users receiving KPUs under that program must complete an in-app acknowledgment by a deadline in their December update to retain the units. Missing the deadline cancels the KPU balance without restoring the points or providing a replacement reward, subject to applicable law. Standard-program users who do not qualify for KPUs may receive vouchers for eligible spending.

The U.S. program has separate terms, eligibility requirements, verification steps and timing. The standard program’s December window does not establish when U.S. conversions will occur, and KAST has not announced a date for the U.S. process. KAST plans to contact U.S. users separately. Those who are ineligible for or do not complete that program will receive vouchers for eligible spending; the vouchers are not cash and cannot be withdrawn. Voucher terms and usage details are due in December.

KAST declined to pursue a token generation event (TGE), citing variable outcomes from token launches and saying short-term trading does not consistently create lasting value for the wider community. The issuer’s identity will be disclosed in December, but the conversion formula has not been published. The issuing vehicle will not hold or manage users’ money or assets.

Premium members earn points equivalent to 1% of eligible spending, while Private members earn the equivalent of 2%; Standard has no points benefit listed. Alongside its points program, KAST offers [card rewards and a Reserve product](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/46082>).

The standard program’s December update is due to provide balances and conversion calculations, along with the acknowledgment deadline for users receiving KPUs.
