> Adjusted EBITDA climbed 6% to $2.039 billion. The nine-month total reached $6.214 billion, up 9% year over year.

With adjusted EBITDA at $6.214 billion through September, Williams kept its 2026 outlook at $8.3 billion to $8.5 billion after announcing unaudited third-quarter results Monday, Nov. 2.

Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 was $3.223 billion, a $300 million increase from $2.923 billion in the same quarter of 2025. Adjusted EBITDA rose $119 million, or 6%, to $2.039 billion. The nine-month total compared with $5.717 billion a year earlier, a 9% increase.

Adjusted net income was $663 million, or $0.54 per diluted share, versus $603 million and $0.49 a year earlier. GAAP net income reached $699 million, or $0.56 per diluted share, compared with $646 million and $0.53 in third-quarter 2025.

Cash from operations totaled $1.505 billion, up $66 million, or 5%, year over year. Available funds from operations (AFFO) were $1.589 billion, an increase of $140 million, or 10%. The dividend coverage ratio calculated on an AFFO basis was 2.42x.

Williams also maintained its 2026 growth capital spending range of $7.3 billion to $7.9 billion. President and CEO Chad Zamarin said the results were “keeping us on track toward the upper half of our 2026 guidance range.”

The company completed its roughly $5.5 billion Momentum Midstream acquisition on Sept. 3, expanding its Haynesville natural gas infrastructure. It also added 413 million cubic feet per day of pipeline capacity across four projects. The Socrates’ Plato North Power project remained on track to enter service by mid-November. Williams’ infrastructure delivers one-third of the nation’s natural gas.
