> Revenue reached $167.951 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30, while the company forecast double-digit fourth-quarter growth in revenue and Adjusted EBITDA.

TETRA Technologies announced third-quarter 2026 revenue of $167.951 million, up 9.6% from a year earlier, and forecast double-digit year-over-year growth in revenue and Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter. The results cover the three months ended Sept. 30, and the company issued them Nov. 2.

TETRA rounded quarterly revenue to $168 million and described it as its highest third-quarter total in 10 years. Net income attributable to TETRA stockholders was $6.848 million. Diluted GAAP earnings per share were $0.05, while adjusted net income per share came to $0.06, up from $0.04 in the year-earlier quarter.

Adjusted EBITDA totaled $25.115 million, compared with $25.038 million in the third quarter of 2025. TETRA characterized the latest result as its second-highest third-quarter Adjusted EBITDA in a decade.

Industrial Chemicals revenue increased 32% year over year and represented more than half of revenue in the Completion Fluids & Products segment. TETRA cited U.S. industrial demand, including semiconductor manufacturing, as well as demand for energy-storage electrolytes as factors supporting the business.

Water & Flowback Services revenue rose 21%, while the segment’s Adjusted EBITDA climbed 69%. Revenue in Argentina more than doubled, with TETRA pointing to early production facilities and use of its SandStorm technology in the Vaca Muerta basin.

The company’s TETRA Oasis pipeline contained seven projects, four connected to data centers or their power requirements. Six applications for beneficial reuse remained pending before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. TETRA identified its customers as the applicants, and described permitting as a step toward commercialization.

For the fourth quarter of 2026, TETRA expects consolidated revenue and Adjusted EBITDA to each rise by double digits from the same period a year earlier. The company also expects both measures to increase in full-year 2027 compared with 2026.
