> The notice was based on closing bid prices from Sept. 16 through Oct. 27, and Lotus’ ADSs will continue trading on Nasdaq Global Select Market.

Lotus Technology Inc. has until April 26, 2027, to bring its American depositary shares (ADSs) into compliance with Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid threshold after receiving a deficiency notice from the exchange.

Lotus disclosed the notice Nov. 2. Nasdaq sent it Oct. 28, citing closing bid prices from Sept. 16 through Oct. 27 under Listing Rule 5450(a)(1), which sets the $1 minimum bid price.

To regain compliance, the ADS closing bid must be at least $1 for 10 consecutive business days within the 180-calendar-day compliance period. Nasdaq may extend the 10-business-day period.

Lotus said the notice has no immediate effect on its listing. Its ADSs will continue trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, and the notice does not affect its business, operations or SEC reporting requirements.

The company is evaluating options to regain compliance. If it misses the April 26 deadline, it may be eligible for an additional compliance period.
