CFO Roei Golan said Check Point expects annual subscription revenue to exceed $1.5 billion in 2027, as lower firewall appliance refresh activity is expected to slightly slow subscription growth in Q4. On Monday, Nov. 2, Check Point forecast fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $720 million to $770 million. It projected security subscription revenue of $351 million to $362 million and non-GAAP earnings of $2.71 to $2.83 per share. The earnings call began at 8:30 a.m. ET (13:30 UTC). Golan cited growth in security products and a 12% to 20% firewall price increase as factors behind the 2027 expectation. He said the projection does not include the full benefit of the increase. Demand for Email, CTEM and AI Security supported subscription growth in Q3, and Golan expects that growth to accelerate again in the first half of 2027. Lower activity in firewall appliance refreshes weighed on Q3 and is expected to slightly slow subscription growth in Q4, Golan said, because fewer subscriptions were attached to appliance sales. CEO Nadav Zafrir said, “We expect gradual improvement beginning in the fourth quarter.” Check Point lowered its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to $2.732 billion to $2.782 billion, from an earlier range of $2.770 billion to $2.850 billion. The $1.5 billion threshold came in Golan’s call remarks; the company’s formal outlook covered the fourth quarter and full-year 2026. Q3 revenue was $669.8 million, down from $677.5 million a year earlier, while security subscription revenue rose 11% to $338.6 million. Subscriptions accounted for 51% of Q3 revenue. Annual recurring revenue across AI Security, Email Security and CTEM grew more than 38% year over year.
