Emergent BioSolutions expects 2026 revenue of $600 million to $645 million, with medical countermeasure delivery timing shaping comparisons with 2025 and potentially pushing some orders into early 2027.

The company also raised its adjusted gross margin outlook to 45%-47% and expects adjusted EBITDA of $110 million to $140 million. Management said delivery timing is the main factor affecting year-over-year revenue comparisons.

Some U.S. government and international orders may arrive in 2026 or early 2027, while certain deliveries could fall beyond the fourth quarter. Commercial revenue is tracking near the low end of a projected 20%-25% decline from 2025, Emergent said.
