# Paycom Declares $0.375 Quarterly Cash Dividend for Dec. 7 Payment

Paycom Software Inc. will distribute a quarterly cash dividend of $0.375 per common share on Dec. 7, after its board declared the payment Nov. 2. Shareholders must be on the company’s books at the close of business Nov. 23 to qualify.

The amount is unchanged from the quarterly dividend Paycom declared Aug. 3, which was payable Sept. 8 to shareholders recorded Aug. 24.

Paycom adopted a policy in May 2023 stating that it intends to pay cash dividends quarterly. Each payment requires board approval, and the board may change, suspend or end the policy.
