> The ¥33.422 billion purchase allocation depends on proceeds from stock acquisition rights; 947,300 rights remained unexercised at month-end.

Metaplanet Inc.'s ¥33.422 billion planned Bitcoin (BTC) purchase allocation remains tied to future stock-rights proceeds after no 27th Series rights were exercised and no shares were delivered in October.

The company repaid ¥8 billion of its 20th Series ordinary bonds to EVO FUND on Monday, Nov. 2, using cash on hand. The bonds were scheduled to mature April 23, 2027, and carried no interest. Metaplanet had previously planned to use proceeds from its 27th Series stock acquisition rights for that repayment.

After the repayment, Metaplanet shifted the planned ¥8 billion allocation to Bitcoin purchases, raising that budget from ¥25.422 billion to ¥33.422 billion. The revised plan also keeps ¥3.714 billion for Bitcoin income generation. Both uses are scheduled for April 2026 through April 2028, for a total planned allocation of ¥37.135 billion.

As of Oct. 31, 947,300 rights, representing 94.73 million shares, remained unexercised. The filing does not report a Bitcoin purchase tied to the revised allocation. The funds depend on proceeds from rights exercises.

The company expects the bond repayment to have an immaterial effect on consolidated results for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026, and the revised allocation to have no impact on financial results.
