> The company projects fourth-quarter revenue of $49.8 million to $50.2 million and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 32% to 34%.

Backblaze raised its 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA margin targets Monday, Nov. 2, after third-quarter sales rose 26% and B2 Cloud Storage revenue expanded 47% from a year earlier.

Sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 totaled $46.7 million. The B2 Cloud Storage unit produced $30.5 million, while Computer Backup generated $16.2 million, a 2% decrease year over year. Adjusted EBITDA came to $15.2 million, equal to 33% of revenue; GAAP results showed a $2.4 million net loss.

Backblaze’s fourth-quarter forecast calls for revenue of $49.8 million to $50.2 million and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 32% to 34%. At the midpoint of that revenue range, the company expects B2 revenue growth of about 60% year over year.

The company now projects 2026 revenue of $177.8 million to $178.2 million, compared with its previous range of $172 million to $174 million. Its full-year adjusted EBITDA margin outlook also increased, to 30% to 31% from 27% to 29%.

Adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure. Backblaze said a forward-looking reconciliation to GAAP net-loss margin was unavailable without unreasonable effort.
