Bioventus Inc. lowered its 2026 revenue outlook to $590 million to $595 million, with management citing weaker-than-expected Bone Graft Substitutes performance and the timing of newly onboarded representatives.

The company reaffirmed adjusted EPS guidance of $0.75 to $0.79. It expects mid-single-digit revenue growth in the fourth quarter.

In the third quarter, Pain Treatments grew 6%, while revenue excluding Bone Graft Substitutes also rose 6%. Bioventus adjusted its cash-from-operations guidance to $84 million to $89 million and expects net leverage below 1.5x by year-end.
