> Shares gained 5.54% in Monday’s U.S. session before the results were released, but closed below three daily moving averages.

Grab Holdings Limited (GRAB) raised its 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA forecasts after third-quarter sales climbed 27%, giving U.S. investors new earnings figures after the shares rose in Monday’s regular session.

Revenue reached $1.112 billion for the quarter ended Sept. 30, up 27% from a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA increased 73% to $237 million. Profit for the period was $18 million, compared with $17 million in the year-earlier quarter. Adjusted EBITDA is a non-IFRS measure.

Grab now expects full-year 2026 revenue of $4.15 billion to $4.20 billion, up from its previous forecast of $4.10 billion to $4.15 billion. It raised its adjusted EBITDA forecast to $790 million to $800 million from $720 million to $740 million.

Financial Services recorded its first positive quarterly segment adjusted EBITDA, at $12 million. The segment had posted a $28 million loss on that measure a year earlier. Grab group chief executive officer and co-founder Anthony Tan said, “We delivered a record 57 million monthly transacting users on our platform this quarter.”

Grab released the results after the Nov. 2 U.S. market close. Its shares had already gained $0.15, or 5.54%, to $2.86 from their Oct. 30 close of $2.71. The regular-session increase therefore preceded the earnings announcement.

The stock reached $2.94 during Monday’s session but ended below each of its three daily exponential moving averages. The 20-day average was $2.88, the 50-day average was $3.06 and the 200-day average was $3.65. The nearest of those averages stood 2 cents above the closing price.

Grab also expects a $60 million break fee in the fourth quarter following [Taiwan’s Fair Trade Commission decision to block Grab’s proposed purchase of Foodpanda’s Taiwan business](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/regulation/38359>). The fee is expected to affect IFRS profit but is excluded from adjusted EBITDA. Grab said it does not change the company’s 2026 revenue or adjusted EBITDA forecasts.
