# Rockpoint Holds Fiscal Q2 2027 Dividend at $0.2310 Per Class A Share

Rockpoint Gas Storage Inc. held its quarterly dividend at $0.2310 per Class A share for fiscal Q2 2027, maintaining the rate after a 5% increase in May.

The company expects to pay the dividend Dec. 31, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business Dec. 15. The record date determines which shareholders are eligible for the distribution. Rockpoint declared the same amount for fiscal Q1 2027 in August.

The May 2026 increase brought the quarterly rate to $0.2310. CEO Toby McKenna described it as the company’s first dividend increase and said it was at the high end of Rockpoint’s 3% to 5% annual growth target.

Rockpoint designated the dividend as eligible for Canadian income tax purposes. Nonresident shareholders may be subject to Canadian withholding tax.
