> Revenue climbed 98%, and BETA raised its 2026 revenue outlook while reporting a $119.119 million net loss.

BETA Technologies (NYSE: BETA) shares closed at $20.38 Monday, up 1.65% from $20.05, with the market close coming 13 hours before the company released third-quarter results.

Shares closed at 4 p.m. ET (9 p.m. UTC) Nov. 2. BETA released its results at 5 a.m. ET (10 a.m. UTC) Nov. 3, before regular U.S. trading began, so Monday’s gain came before investors could react to the report.

BETA reported a net loss of $119.119 million and an Adjusted EBITDA loss of $97.449 million. Founder and CEO Kyle Clark called it the company’s “strongest quarter of revenue.”

BETA set its 2026 revenue range at $52 million to $57 million, up from a previous range of $42 million to $50 million. It maintained its outlook for an Adjusted EBITDA loss of $400 million-$445 million. Its commercial aircraft backlog totaled slightly more than $4 billion across 1,040 firm and option aircraft orders, supported by financial commitments.
