> The rollout began at 11 p.m. ET Monday (04:00 UTC Tuesday) and includes nine blockchain networks; net outflows fell from $6.1 billion Sunday to $2.57 billion Monday.

Binance began its second phase of crypto withdrawal reopenings at 11 p.m. ET Monday (04:00 UTC Tuesday), as net outflows from the exchange slowed to $2.57 billion from $6.1 billion a day earlier.

The rollout follows last week’s $6.3 billion hack. Withdrawals are returning asset by asset rather than all at once. Phase two includes assets on Binance Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana, XRP Ledger, Sui, Arbitrum, Optimism, Tron and Base. Each asset will reopen after security and readiness checks, with selections based on user demand over the past week.

The first phase began Sunday, Nov. 1. Net outflows reached $6.1 billion that day before dropping to $2.57 billion Monday, a day before the new stage began.

Binance also reopened fiat withdrawals Monday for the U.S. dollar, UAE dirham, Vietnamese dong, Philippine peso and Indonesian rupiah, adding them to 23 currencies already available. Deposits remained open during the process. Binance warned users to avoid people charging fees to speed up withdrawals or offering priority processing. The exchange will continue returning more assets as its checks are completed.
