> Third-quarter revenue reached $728.9 million, while pro forma revenue and pro forma organic revenue each advanced 7%.

Revvity lifted its 2026 pro forma adjusted earnings target after third-quarter sales rose from a year earlier, raising the upper end of its per-share range as Life Sciences expanded and Diagnostics revenue declined.

Revenue for the quarter that ended Oct. 4 totaled $728.899 million, compared with $698.949 million in the same quarter last year. GAAP earnings per share from continuing operations came to 56 cents, up from 41 cents a year earlier. Adjusted EPS from continuing operations was $1.38.

The quarter also produced pro forma revenue of $709.606 million and pro forma adjusted EPS of $1.37. Pro forma revenue grew 7%, while pro forma organic revenue growth also reached 7%. Those figures are separate measures from total reported revenue and the adjusted EPS figure.

Life Sciences revenue rose to $380 million from $343 million, and its pro forma revenue increased 11%. Diagnostics revenue fell to $349 million from $356 million, while its pro forma revenue grew 4%. The businesses' reported revenue moved in opposite directions even as both pro forma segment measures increased.

Revvity now projects about $2.86 billion in pro forma revenue, around 5% pro forma organic revenue growth and pro forma adjusted EPS between $5.40 and $5.45. Earlier guidance had a pro forma revenue range of $2.83 billion to $2.86 billion, a pro forma organic revenue growth range of 4% to 5%, and a pro forma adjusted EPS range of $5.30 to $5.40. The new EPS ceiling is five cents above the prior top end, and the revenue projection matches the previous range's upper limit.

Revvity President and CEO Prahlad Singh said, “Our exceptional third quarter performance demonstrates the momentum building across Revvity, as broad-based growth and strong execution drove results meaningfully ahead of our expectations.”

Revvity's health-science business spans life sciences and diagnostics. Its pro forma guidance excludes China IDX, the company's Immunodiagnostics business in China. China IDX made up about 6% of Revvity's fiscal 2025 revenue. Revvity expects to complete the divestiture by the end of 2027, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
