> Clinical revenue rose to $29.2 million from $2.8 million, while logistics revenue fell 3.5%.

Strata Critical Medical reported third-quarter revenue of $74.1 million, up 50.3% from a year earlier, as clinical acquisitions drove growth while logistics partly offset it. The company’s net loss from continuing operations narrowed to $7.6 million, and it reported a diluted loss of 9 cents per share for the quarter ended Sept. 30.

On a pro forma basis, which adds revenue from acquired businesses to earlier periods, revenue grew 8.5%. Strata cautioned that this measure is not a measure of organic growth. Logistics revenue fell 3.5% to $44.9 million, while clinical revenue rose to $29.2 million from $2.8 million, reflecting the impact of acquisitions.

Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, increased to $9.6 million from $4.2 million a year earlier.

Strata authorized $20 million in share repurchases alongside its acquisition strategy and reiterated its 2026 revenue outlook of $285 million to $295 million. It also maintained guidance for adjusted EBITDA of $33 million to $35 million and free cash flow before aircraft and engine acquisitions of $15 million to $22 million.

“Given Strata's improved cash generation coupled with the receipt of our first passenger sale earn-out, we are now in a position to both accelerate our target pace of acquisitions as well as opportunistically return cash to shareholders through our new buyback program,” said Will Heyburn, co-CEO and CFO.

The company was formerly known as Blade Air Mobility. It sold its passenger division to Joby Aviation in August 2025 and rebranded as Strata Critical Medical, shifting its focus to medical logistics and services.
