Adeia’s board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, with payment scheduled for Dec. 14 to stockholders of record Nov. 23.

The per-share amount matches Adeia’s previous quarterly dividend, distributed Sept. 14. The Sept. 14 distribution amounted to $5.5 million and was paid to holders of record on Aug. 24.

The board declared the dividend Monday, Nov. 2, as Adeia reported third-quarter results. The company lowered its 2026 revenue outlook to $375 million-$415 million from $395 million-$435 million.
