> The amended filing shows revenue rose from $2.545 billion in the same nine-month period of 2025, while compute and infrastructure expenses reached $18.808 billion.

An updated registration statement puts Anthropic’s sales at $33.242 billion and its net loss at $104.039 billion for the first three quarters of 2026.

The amendment was filed Nov. 2, updating a registration statement first made public Oct. 26. Revenue for the period was up from $2.545 billion in the first nine months of 2025, while compute and infrastructure expenses totaled $18.808 billion.

Fair-value movements in convertible notes, derivative liabilities and simple agreements for future equity accounted for $94.324 billion of the reported loss. Anthropic tied most of those changes to higher fair values for convertible notes after its enterprise valuation increased.

Anthropic has applied to list its Class A common stock on Nasdaq’s Global Select Market under ticker ANT. The filing leaves the number of shares to be offered and the price range undetermined, and does not specify an IPO date, valuation or fundraising target.

Anthropic had first submitted a confidential draft S-1 on June 1, before making the registration statement public in October.
