> Third-quarter organic revenue growth was 7%, while total revenue rose 5.1% to $823 million.

On Nov. 3, UL Solutions lifted its full-year 2026 forecast for constant-currency organic revenue growth to approximately 6.5%, following 7% organic revenue growth in the third quarter. It reaffirmed its adjusted EBITDA margin outlook at approximately 27%.

The growth forecast includes an estimated 70-basis-point reduction in revenue from business exits under the company’s restructuring plan. In its Aug. 4 second-quarter update, UL Solutions described its expected organic growth as mid-single digit and estimated that business exits would reduce revenue by about 1%.

The margin outlook includes approximately 200 basis points of underlying expansion, partly offset by about 90 basis points of additional transaction costs compared with 2025. The company had already projected a margin of approximately 27% before the third-quarter update.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 totaled $823 million, up 5.1% from $783 million a year earlier. Organic revenue growth was 7%. Industrial and Consumer were the leading segments for organic growth.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 8.3% to $235 million. Its margin reached 28.6%, up from 27.7% a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA and its margin are non-GAAP measures. The forward-looking margin outlook was not reconciled with net income margin because reliable estimates for some components were unavailable.

“Given our strong year-to-date results and continued momentum in key end markets, we are strengthening our outlook for organic revenue growth to approximately 6.5%,” UL Solutions CFO Ryan Robinson said.

UL Solutions provides testing, inspection and certification services, advisory offerings and software in more than 110 countries. Geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainty could affect customer demand, and the future impact of reduced or delayed testing or product development could not be estimated.
