> The company also raised its drilling and completion spending outlook to $80 million-$90 million. Third-quarter production averaged 16,824 boe/d.

Vitesse Energy raised the low end of its 2026 production guidance to 16,600 barrels of oil equivalent per day, incorporating a Colorado acquisition and planned drilling activity through year-end.

The company kept the upper end of its full-year range at 17,200 boe/d, lifting the lower end from 16,300 boe/d. It also increased its 2026 drilling and completion cash spending forecast to $80 million-$90 million from $65 million-$80 million. Oil is expected to make up 60%-62% of annual production.

Vitesse averaged 16,824 boe/d in the third quarter, with oil accounting for 60% of output. The quarter included one month of production from the acquired Denver-Julesburg Basin assets.

The company closed the acquisition Sept. 15, with a June 1, 2026, effective date. The assets are primarily in Weld County, Colorado, and are operated by Chevron. Vitesse estimated they would produce about 900 boe/d on a two-stream basis, with 28% oil, over the 12 months following the effective date.
