Louisiana-Pacific Corporation expects fourth-quarter 2026 Siding net sales of $390 million to $400 million and Siding EBITDA of $80 million to $90 million.

Siding net sales rose 7% year over year in the third quarter, setting a record. Siding volume increased 2% from a year earlier, and LP expanded its SmartSide Trim & Siding distribution network.

For full-year 2026, LP projects Siding net sales of $1.66 billion to $1.67 billion and Siding EBITDA of $415 million to $425 million. The company expects consolidated EBITDA of $270 million to $280 million for the year.

LP projects an OSB EBITDA loss of about $35 million in the fourth quarter. The estimate assumes OSB prices remain flat.

The company expects an OSB EBITDA loss of about $95 million for full-year 2026. It has indefinitely curtailed its Jasper operation and temporarily idled Maniwaki amid soft demand.

At the end of the third quarter, LP had $265 million in cash and liquidity of just over $1 billion. Raw-material and freight costs pressured Siding margins during the quarter.
