Phoenix Education Partners expects fiscal 2027 net revenue of $970 million to $1 billion as AI-driven search changes weigh on student acquisition, with adjusted EBITDA projected at $225 million to $240 million.

CEO Christopher Lynne described fiscal 2027 as a reset period. Phoenix cited AI-driven changes to search as a factor affecting student acquisition and evaluation.

The company expects growth in employer-affiliated enrollment, expansion in health care and specialized programs, and improved marketing and conversion to help offset the pressure. It also expects about $35 million in cost savings as it integrates Fuel50.

Phoenix expects growth to return in fiscal 2028 and its long-term growth expectations to remain unchanged.
