Flux Power Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLUX) forecast fiscal Q2 revenue of $7 million to $8 million after a major customer that had paused orders placed an OEM order. The company projected fiscal Q3 revenue of $9 million to $10 million.

Flux Power said its outlook is based on a bottoms-up sales forecast.

The company’s fiscal Q1 gross margin was 24.8%. Management cited product mix, lower-volume operating leverage and warranty expense as factors that pressured the margin.
