> Results are expected at 4:05 p.m. ET, followed by a 5 p.m. ET call. Stem also says its PowerTrack platform is operating at a 152-megawatt DC solar project in Ohio.

Stem pushed its third-quarter 2026 results release to Nov. 16 and said its PowerTrack software is now operating at an Ohio solar project, combining an earnings delay with a new deployment.

The company moved the results release and conference call from Nov. 5, saying scheduling and logistical reasons prompted the change. Stem expects to issue results at about 4:05 p.m. ET on Nov. 16, then hold the call at 5 p.m. ET.

The new date revises the timetable announced when Stem opened a [board review of strategic alternatives](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/41087>) on Oct. 26. The board is weighing options that include continuing as a standalone company, selling assets or the company, a merger, refinancing or recapitalization. It set no deadline for the review, and Stem said there is no assurance it will result in a transaction.

In a separate update Tuesday, Nov. 3, Stem announced that PowerTrack was operating at Border Basin Solar in Hancock County, Ohio. Energix US owns and developed the project. It is rated at 152 megawatts DC and 120 megawatts AC, and is delivering electricity into the PJM Interconnection market.

“For utility-scale developers like Energix, bringing a project online is only part of the equation,” said Matt Tappin, Stem’s president of software.

Stem’s next scheduled milestone is the results release and conference call on Nov. 16.
