> Net income attributable to the partnership was $16.219 million, while total net sales reached $314.459 million.

Westlake Chemical Partners LP recorded higher net income attributable to the partnership and MLP distributable cash flow for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026. Higher production and sales volume drove sequential increases in earnings and distributable cash flow.

Net income attributable to the partnership was $16.219 million, or $0.46 per limited partner unit, compared with $14.653 million, or $0.42 per unit, in the year-earlier quarter. Total net sales reached $314.459 million, up from $308.898 million. EBITDA was $128.329 million, compared with $126.075 million in the third quarter of 2025.

Cash from operating activities was $122.160 million, up from $105.238 million a year earlier. More favorable working-capital changes primarily drove the increase. Compared with the second quarter of 2026, operating cash flow fell $7.6 million as working-capital changes became less favorable.

MLP distributable cash flow rose to $17.978 million from $14.886 million in the year-earlier quarter. Lower maintenance capital expenditures and higher sales volume drove the increase. The trailing 12-month distribution coverage ratio was 1.09x at the end of the third quarter, compared with 1.04x at the end of the second quarter.

Westlake Chemical Partners owns a 22.8% interest in Westlake Chemical OpCo LP (OpCo). OpCo has three ethylene production facilities in Calvert City, Kentucky, and Lake Charles, Louisiana, as well as an ethylene pipeline. OpCo sells 95% of its ethylene output to Westlake under a contract that leaves a $0.10-per-pound cash margin after operating costs, maintenance capital expenditures and turnaround reserves.

Jean-Marc Gilson, the partnership’s president and CEO, said, “we expect our earnings and cash flows to continue to benefit.” The partnership’s board declared its [quarterly distribution of $0.4714 per unit](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/47399>) on Nov. 2. The payment is due Dec. 1 to holders of record Nov. 13, and is the partnership’s 49th quarterly distribution.
