The number of U.S. equities on Securitize’s Solana-based stock platform stood at 25 by Nov. 2, up from 12. The lineup includes Exxon Mobil, Disney and Uber, and each token is backed one-for-one by an underlying share.

Around Oct. 29, Giang Bui, Securitize’s vice president of issuer growth, led a discussion at Chainlink’s Link:NYC event in New York. The conversation covered liquidity, distribution and interoperability.

Securitize managed more than $4 billion in tokenized securities by late 2026. Its partners include asset managers BlackRock and VanEck. The company is also registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a broker-dealer, transfer agent and alternative trading system operator.

Securitize is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker SECZ. In March 2026, it announced a memorandum of understanding with the exchange to develop a 24/7 trading venue for tokenized securities. The venue plan remained at the memorandum-of-understanding stage.
