Criteo forecast fourth-quarter contribution ex-TAC of $292 million to $298 million, while targeting Jan. 1, 2027, to transfer its legal domicile to the United States.

CEO Michael Komasinski described 2026 as a difficult year for the company. “This has been a challenging year for Criteo. Our performance is not yet where I want it to be,” Komasinski said.
