A quarterly dividend of $1 per share was approved by Roper Technologies’ board on Nov. 4, a 10% increase that adds $0.09 to each payment.

The new dividend compares with $0.91 per share paid in each quarter of 2026. The increase amounts to $0.36 on an annual basis and is the company’s 34th consecutive year of dividend increases.

Shareholders of record Jan. 4, 2027, are eligible for the payment, which is scheduled for Jan. 19.
