> The roughly $275 million deal is expected to add about $280 million in annualized revenue, pending customary regulatory approvals.

Addus HomeCare Corporation is targeting the first quarter of 2027 to complete its acquisition of AccentCare, a roughly $275 million transaction expected to add about $280 million in annualized revenue. The deal remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Addus also expects its full-year adjusted EBITDA margin to be in the 13% range. The outlook came alongside third-quarter revenue of $387.7 million, up 7% from $362.3 million in the same quarter of 2025.

In personal care, same-store revenue increased 6.9%, while same-store hours rose 1.6%. For the fourth quarter, Addus management expects personal care census to be flat to slightly positive. Management cited caregiver-app use to serve more authorized hours and noted softness in Texas and Illinois in September.

Addus expects seasonal factors to lift fourth-quarter gross margin by 50 to 60 basis points, equivalent to 0.5 to 0.6 percentage point. Separately, the company reported no further hospice cap adjustments in the third quarter and expressed confidence there would be none for the remainder of the year.

The next milestone is the planned first-quarter 2027 close, subject to regulatory approvals.
