Array Technologies, Inc. (ARRY) lowered its 2026 revenue outlook after third-quarter revenue and non-GAAP earnings per share missed estimates, with revenue down 16.1% from a year earlier.

Revenue totaled $330.2 million, missing estimates by $214.99 million. Non-GAAP earnings per share was $0.06, or $0.30 below estimates.

The company now expects 2026 revenue of $1.34 billion to $1.40 billion. Its previous outlook was $1.4 billion to $1.5 billion.
