Talos Energy raised its 2026 production outlook to 92,500 to 94,500 barrels of oil equivalent per day (BOE/d). A Gulf of America acquisition contributed to third-quarter output and is included in the higher forecast.

The acquisition’s final net cash purchase price was $420 million. Talos ended the third quarter with leverage of 0.6x and about $1.1 billion in liquidity. Adjusted free cash flow for the quarter was about $186 million.

Talos expects to enter 2027 with a higher production base following the acquisition. The company expects first oil at Monument in the first quarter of 2027, followed by the start of Brutus in the second quarter.
