> Dutch Bros projected at least $2.1 billion in 2026 revenue, 5% same-shop sales growth and about $380 million in adjusted EBITDA, while flagging higher costs and possible sales overlap.

Dutch Bros shares fell nearly 22% Thursday after the U.S. drive-through beverage chain paired third-quarter results with a more cautious profit outlook. Adjusted earnings matched expectations, while revenue exceeded estimates.

For 2026, Dutch Bros projected at least $2.1 billion in revenue, systemwide same-shop sales growth of at least 5% and about $380 million in adjusted EBITDA. The figures are targets for the year, covering revenue, sales growth and profitability.

The outlook also flagged higher expected beverage costs in the fourth quarter. Dutch Bros warned that opening shops closer to existing locations could shift sales away from those stores.

The company plans about 250 system shop openings in 2027. Its store expansion plans come alongside the warning that closer spacing may lead to sales overlap.
