# Topicus.com Posts 15% Revenue Growth and Returns to Quarterly Profit

Topicus.com Inc. posted 15% year-over-year revenue growth and returned to net income in the third quarter, even as operating cash flow and free cash flow available to shareholders declined.

Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 totaled €445.092 million, compared with €387.888 million a year earlier. Organic growth was 5%, and acquisitions were the primary driver of the increase. Topicus.com released its results Nov. 4.

The company recorded net income of €46.513 million, following a €120.940 million net loss in the third quarter of 2025. Basic and diluted earnings per share were both €0.34, compared with a loss of €0.94 per share a year earlier. Topicus.com prepares its financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards and reports in euros.

Cash from operations declined 2% to €47.4 million from €48.4 million. Free cash flow available to shareholders, a company-defined non-IFRS measure, fell 16% to €18.8 million from €22.3 million. Both cash-flow figures cover the quarter ended Sept. 30.

Acquisitions completed during the quarter involved €47.1 million in aggregate cash consideration, including cash held by acquired businesses. Estimated deferred payments of €17 million brought total consideration to €64 million. The acquisition activity was the primary contributor to revenue growth, while organic growth was 5%.

Topicus.com acquires, manages and builds software businesses focused on specific industry markets. Its subordinate voting shares trade on the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange under the symbol TOI. The quarter showed higher revenue and a return to net income alongside declines in both reported cash-flow measures.
